The Assessments is in the first ever session before the massage. It consist of a full body assessment which is where we take a look at posture, Range of Motion (ROM), palpation, Orthopedic Test, Manual Resistive Tests (MRT). As well as sitting you down and going over your paper work.

Simons, MD took neuromuscular therapy and trigger point therapy and combined it to illustrate that pain and muscle weakness can be coming from a different area in the body starting in 1950 and in to current times.
